Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your trust in Golden Portfolio. While we strive to deliver exceptional research and insight, we understand that our service may not be the right fit for everyone. Please review the details of our return policy below.

RELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN/REFUND
 
We currently offer partial refunds for Golden Portfolio IV subscriptions only.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Upon approval, we will refund 75% of the total purchase amount and retain 25% as a “test drive” fee.

IMPORTANT: If you purchased Golden Portfolio IV along with other products—such as Golden Portfolio IV Elite, Golden Portfolio, or Golden Portfolio 10X—in the same transaction, the 25% test drive fee will be applied to the total purchase price of all products included in the return.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
 
The following products are final sale and non-refundable unless purchased in the same transaction as Golden Portfolio IV:
  • Golden Portfolio IV Elite
  • Golden Portfolio
  • Golden Portfolio 10X

In such cases, only one return request may be made for the bundled transaction, and the 25% test drive fee will apply to the full or partial returned order value.

  • Golden Portfolio Pro is always final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions.

REFUND TIMING


If eligible, refunds will be processed promptly if requested within 30 days of your original order date. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been issued.
